About Elizabeth
I trained with Relate in Leicester in 2001 working with individuals, couples and young people.
I work with a person centred approach and I integrate this with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Psychodynamic theory.
I have trained in providing a range of complementary therapies to support body and mind.
